all animals  at living legless reptiles must be paid in full before shipping.  Shipping is arranged once payment is received .    Shipping will be arranged for a time agreeable to by both parties, and when the weather is appropriate at both locations.  all shipping is done through reptiles 2 you.

 live arrival guaranteed-

.  Live arrival is only guaranteed when the  buyer is  home to receive the package at its drop off time per fed ex tracking info. or if the package is delivered to a fed ex staffed facility that the package be picked up within two hours of its arrival time per fed ex tracking info. if these criteria are not meet the live arrival guarantee will not be honored. if the animal(s) are not received at the buyers home or at the fed ex staffed facility within 8 hours the animal(s) delivery per fed ex tracking the animals will be sent back to living legless reptiles and the animal(s)  and shipping cost will not be replaced or refunded.  Any deaths incurred during shipment must be reported immediately.  Deaths due to shipping will be fully refunded or replaced if the terms of our live arrival guarantee are followed., but proof of animal death must be given within 8 hours of arrival by photo(s) of   animal(s) in the same picture with our shipping label.

 

deposits-

50.00 dollar non refundable deposits can be made to hold a specific animal up to 30 days.  the total cost of the animal along with shipping must be paid in full by the agreed apon date or the animal will be placed back up for sale to the general public and the deposit will not be returned as it will be used as a restocking fee.
